  • Ability to not only understand complex health insurance and Medicare plans but be able to explain/articulate these programs to members clearly, correct, and objective.
  • Demonstrated ability to listen skillfully, collect relevant information, determine immediate requests, and identify the current and future needs of the member.
  • Flexibility to customize the approach to meet all types of member communication styles and personalities.
  • Ability and desire to quickly learn and adapt, great work ethics.
  • Is self-motivated with excellent organizational skills.
  • General Lines Agent, Life, Accident, Health and HMO.
  • Proficient in the English language.
